As a Designer at We22 GmbH, I led the design and delivery of over 300 responsive websites for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Working within a fast-paced, client-driven environment, I ensured that every website was not only visually compelling but also tailored to meet specific business needs.

Leveraging We22’s WordPress-based platform, I crafted user-friendly, accessible designs that enhanced brand identity and improved user engagement. My role required balancing rapid iteration cycles with high-quality execution—an exciting challenge that sharpened my ability to create scalable design solutions efficiently.

OVERVIEW & CONTEXT

DESIGN PROCESS & APPROACH

1.

Understanding Client Needs

Each project began with a client consultation to define business goals, brand identity, and user expectations. By fostering strong client relationships, I ensured that design decisions aligned with their vision while also maintaining usability best practices.

2.

Rapid Iteration & Execution

With a two-week turnaround per project, I refined an efficient design workflow that included:

✔ Wireframing and low-fidelity prototypes for quick feedback
✔ High-fidelity UI designs that reflected brand uniqueness
✔ Close collaboration with developers to ensure seamless implementation

3.

Accessibility & Performance Optimization

Every website was built following WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity for a diverse user base. Additionally, I optimized performance by implementing responsive layouts, clean typography, and structured UI components that adapted seamlessly across devices.

BEYOND WEB DESIGN: ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Collaborating with developers and project managers, I refined internal design templates that streamlined future web projects, reducing turnaround time while maintaining quality.
